Yes — we ship to customers worldwide from our Thailand base. Every order is manually checked and confirmed within 1–2 business days before dispatch.
Shipping times vary by destination and the method you select. Once your order is confirmed and ready, we’ll send you a detailed shipping schedule with a tracking number so you can see the estimated delivery window for your address.
Order Confirmation & Processing: We check and confirm each order within 1–2 business days.
Hand-Off to Courier: Your package is handed off to the courier immediately after confirmation.
Courier Transit: Transit times depend on the courier service level you chose (standard vs. express).
If an item is out of stock or made to order, production can add several weeks. We’ll notify you immediately and offer to reserve the item, suggest a similar in-stock alternative, or issue a full refund — your choice.
Payment
We accept international wire transfers and other approved wholesale payment methods. Full instructions are provided after we confirm your order.
Once your order is confirmed and ready for shipment, we’ll email you a detailed shipping schedule along with your tracking number. You can then follow your package in real time via the courier’s website.
